What’s a typical day as Shipping/Receiving Worker? You’ll be:

• Performing pick and pack functions with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Conducting quality control checks and participating in auditing processes
• Utilizing computer systems, RF scanners, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Analyzing and determining root causes of issues, researching process failures, and contributing to continuous improvement
• Engaging in physical tasks including walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Collaborating with leadership and taking on additional duties as assigned

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have 3-5 years of extensive pick/pack experience and a solid background in quality control and auditing
• Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to research and resolve process failures
• Demonstrate proficiency with computer systems, RF scanners, and WMS
• Are able to meet productivity and accuracy metrics in a fast-paced environment
• Can lift a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted and are comfortable with the physical demands of the job
• Hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Are willing to perform any other duties as requested by leadership
