About the Role

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President (AVP) for Regional Property Management. This senior leadership role is pivotal in overseeing the performance of multiple properties within a defined region, ensuring they meet financial, operational, and resident satisfaction goals. The successful candidate will be the operational liaison between on-site teams and senior management, providing hands-on leadership, conducting property inspections, and partnering with on-site managers to establish and monitor operational and financial goals. Key responsibilities include financial oversight, budget management, team development, and leadership, as well as marketing and leasing strategy. The AVP will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and for promoting a culture of exceptional resident service and community engagement. Applicants for the AVP position should have 3-5 years' of experience in multifamily property management, with a proven track record in regional or multi-property oversight. Strong knowledge of property operations, budgeting, financial reporting, and team management is essential. The role requires exceptional leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in property management software and the Microsoft Office Suite. A Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven, hands-on leader with the ability to travel frequently and manage multiple priorities across the region.
