Job Description Own and execute personalization roadmap to improve email customer experience and marketing KPIs through the use of 1:1 data-driven content Develop and manage business rules and logic for personalization tactics to ensure dynamic content is being displayed as expected Manage technical resources responsible for implementing personalization tactics by providing business requirements and creative assets, managing priorities and defining timelines Partner with channel owners and IT resources to manage data flows and MarTech system integrations necessary for data-driven personalization We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
