Anesthesiology Physician

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Day Shift
• Job Setting: Hospital System with 8 anesthesia rooms, supervising CRNAs at 1:3 ratio, also performing own cases
• Types of Cases: General, Ortho, Neuro, OB
• Credentialing: Estimated 30 days (Accelerated/Emergency privileges available under 30 days)

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certification Required
• Certifications: M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine, ECFMG and FLEX, Completion of approved Residency in Anesthesia
• Licensure: Currently licensed as a Physician in Illinois (must already hold state license)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience required (No new graduates)
