Pool Respiratory Therapist Pulmonology

The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) is one of Georgia's largest independent, physician-owned, multi-specialty medical groups. More than 500 physicians and 150 associate practitioners work together in a unique integrated care model to provide high-quality care to over 300,000 Kaiser Permanente members. Care is delivered at 26 medical offices featuring state-of-the-art equipment, labs, imaging services, and pharmacies. We also provide surgical services and around the clock care at some of the area's top hospitals.

We are seeking an additional certified respiratory therapist to join our Pulmonology team. In this role, the provider will assist in the planning, development and implementation of respiratory care programs that coordinate high quality, cost-effective care for patients with COPD, asthma, Cystic Fibrosis. The provider will float to various locations, collaborate with managers, physicians and patient care staff. This position will need to have the ability to work independently while floating to various TSPMG locations.

Candidates must possess a Bachelors Degree in Respiratory Care, Health Care Administration, related field or equivalent experience preferred. A current and valid Georgia license of Respiratory Care Practitioner and National Board of Registered Respiratory Therapist Certified Respiratory Technician (CRT) designation with Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification is required. BCLS certification is required, as well as a minimum of one (1) year of respiratory care experience in an acute clinical setting.
