Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 or 26 weeks) | Nights | 3x12 or 4x12 Hours (19:00–07:30) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess patients requiring telemetry and medical-surgical nursing interventions
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using EPIC EMR
• Float to other like units within the facility or nearby facilities in the Upstate region as needed based on census demands
• Complete all required pre-assignment modules within 48 hours of receiving login credentials
• Participate in every-other-weekend coverage, with schedule subject to change based on staffing needs

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry setting
• Minimum 1 year of experience with EPIC EMR
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working as a travel nurse in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry environment
• Familiarity with floating protocols across multiple units or campuses
