Phoenix, AZ, US 4 days ago Requisition ID: 1105 Salary Range: $21.00 To $23.00 Hourly Job Description Role purpose: Execute a high volume of standardized builder and multifamily orders accurately and on time, maintaining reliable records and coordinating routine delivery and installation readiness from accepted handoff through operational closeout. Primary Accountabilities Own accurate, timely processing of an assigned portfolio of standardized orders and approved changes. Maintain complete order records and schedule visibility across active units or homes. Coordinate routine readiness and handoffs among Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Dispatch, Installation, and the customer or builder contact. Resolve routine discrepancies within established procedures and promptly elevate exceptions outside authority. Provide responsive, accurate status communication and protect commitments made to internal and external partners. Measures of Success Order-entry and change accuracy. Processing timeliness and open-order aging. Completeness of documentation and schedule updates. On‑time readiness for confirmed delivery and installation dates. Response and follow‑up reliability; avoidable rework or preventable escalations. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. One or more years of customer service, order entry, administrative support, data entry, or related experience preferred. Ability to manage repetitive, detailed work accurately in a high-volume environment. Working proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, shared files, and the ability to learn company order‑management and builder‑portal systems. Ability to read purchase orders, schedules, contracts, and standard builder documentation. Working Conditions Office‑based work involving frequent use of a computer, phone, electronic records, manuals, and binders; sustained attention to detail; and extended periods of sitting.
