Apply here or check us out: Life @ Forum at or on Facebook, Linked In, or Glassdoor.What you'll do as an Accounting ClerkDaily sorting/printing of incoming Accounts Payable mail and email, respectivelyProper coding, data entry, and invoice processing in Accounts Payable softwareFiling, maintaining, and organizing Accounts Payable recordsResponding to vendor inquiries and requests regarding paymentsVendor account reconciliation as neededMaintaining appropriate records for future referenceResponsible for posting and account reconciliation of daily cash receipts and bank depositsResponsible for posting and reconciling customer debit/credit notes including but not limited to fees, write-offs, refunds, and payroll deductionsIdentify, research, and resolve unmatched, short, or missing payments as well as credit balances using the appropriate available resourcesProcess and maintain appropriate records related to cash receipts in a timely mannerResearching requested documents and providing assistance to AP, AR and Finance Teams as neededWorking on projects involving spreadsheets and databases, reviewing data and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codesReconciling and reporting discrepancies found in recordsComplying with all applicable company policies and proceduresComplying with rules and regulations governing state and federal payer programsOther duties as assignedWhat we need:High school diploma or equivalent, with some college level credits in business/accounting courses required; Bachelor’s degree preferredUnderstands basic accounting principlesAbility to learn and utilize Accounting softwareProficient in Microsoft Office ApplicationsStrong attention to detailIntermediate typing or data entry skill levelSelf-motivated; able to keep track of due dates, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlinesHighly organized and must effectively function in a fast-paced environmentOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsPhysical ability to access all necessary files #J-18808-Ljbffr
