If you're passionate about building relationships and driving growth at a fast-growing SaaS company, we'd love to talk with you Who we are looking for: We are looking for a HubSpot-focused Marketing Operations Specialist to help run the systems, data, and reporting behind our demand generation and pipeline. Day to day, you will build and maintain workflows, lists, and campaign operations in HubSpot, keep our data clean, and produce the reporting Marketing relies on. This role is a good fit for someone with a solid HubSpot foundation who wants to build their skills in marketing operations and take on more strategic work over time. Reporting directly to the Revenue Operations Manager, you will work closely with Marketing, learn how our revenue systems fit together, and take on more ownership as you grow in the role. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, lists, forms, properties, and campaign assets, following our established standards and naming conventions Support campaign and webinar operations end to end, including list builds, registration and follow-up workflows, and post-event data cleanup Support lead management and lifecycle stage processes, and troubleshoot routing and lifecycle issues as they come up, escalating changes to routing rules or lifecycle definitions to the Revenue Operations Manager Apply and QA our attribution and UTM standards so source data stays accurate and reportable Support Marketing with CRM administration, including property requests, pipeline and deal stage hygiene, and user issues, in partnership with the Revenue Operations Manager Monitor integrations between HubSpot and our marketing tech stack, and flag and help resolve data sync issues Run regular data quality audits covering duplicates, enrichment gaps, standardization, and imports Build and maintain HubSpot reports and dashboards for funnel, campaign, and pipeline performance, and flag trends or anomalies to the team Document processes and system configurations, and help train Marketing users on new features and process changes Experience and Professional Qualifications: 2+ years in marketing operations, including hands-on HubSpot experience building workflows, lists, properties, and reports Working experience building HubSpot workflows, lists, properties, and reports Strong attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work Comfortable in spreadsheets and with basic data work such as pivot tables, lookups, and cleaning and importing data Clear written and verbal communication, including documenting processes and explaining your work to non-technical teammates Additional Preferred Qualifications: HubSpot Academy certifications, such as Marketing Hub Software or Reporting Experience in a B2B SaaS environment Exposure to HubSpot custom objects, integrations, or data enrichment tools Exposure to attribution, funnel reporting, or UTM tracking Interest in BI tools, SQL, or AI tools that make operational work faster Competencies Systems and Automation Orientation:Looks for ways to make repetitive work faster and more reliable through automation and better process.
