Job Overview

We are seeking an Client Outreach Specialist to drive brand awareness, strengthen advisor and client relationships, and support pipeline growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

This role blends event marketing, digital outreach, social engagement, and sales enablement to ensure our company remains top-of-mind with both new and existing audiences.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple marketing channels in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Key Objectives

• Generate awareness among new prospects and partners
• Strengthen engagement with existing advisors, clients, and stakeholders
• Support sales teams through consistent, value-driven outreach

Key Responsibilities

Event Marketing

Plan and execute both in-person and virtual events to expand reach and engagement.

In-Person Events:

• Identify and attend industry and channel events
• Coordinate participation in local and partner-hosted events
• Support internal company events and initiatives

Virtual Events:

• Plan and host virtual partner and channel events
• Develop and deliver monthly advisor webinars
• Manage event promotion, registration, and follow-up communication

Social Media & LinkedIn Management

Maintain consistent brand visibility and engagement across LinkedIn.

• Build and execute monthly content calendars
• Manage posting for company and leadership profiles
• Review weekly new lead reports and initiate connections
• Engage daily with prospects, advisors, and clients on LinkedIn

Account-Based Engagement (ABS):

Using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator:

• Track key stakeholders and advisor activity
• Monitor job changes, promotions, and company updates
• Engage through thoughtful, relationship-focused interactions
• Provide weekly updates on engagement activity and opportunities

Email Marketing

Execute targeted email campaigns across multiple audiences:

• Advisors
• Clients
• Internal teams

Responsibilities include:

• Campaign planning and scheduling
• Content creation and segmentation
• Performance tracking and optimization

SMS Marketing

Support direct outreach and communication campaigns:

• Advisor updates and engagement
• Technician communication and coordination
• Time-sensitive alerts and announcements

Website & Digital Engagement

Improve and support the company’s digital presence:

• Develop and maintain an advisor sales enablement portal
• Update website content to ensure clarity, education, and engagement
• Support conversion-focused improvements for both clients and advisors

Sales Enablement

Create marketing assets that support the sales team:

• Short-form and long-form video content
• Sales collateral (one-pagers, presentations, “sales slicks”)
• Advisor-facing educational materials

Success Metrics

• Growth in new leads and audience reach
• Engagement across LinkedIn and email campaigns
• Event attendance and follow-up conversions
• Advisor and client engagement levels
• Contribution to sales pipeline and revenue opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Interest or experience in B2B marketing, outreach, or demand generation
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and social selling strategies
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects
