Responsibilities Lead and operate a startup outpatient clinic with full support from Ivy Rehab. Build and develop clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Train in leadership and team development, recruiting and interviewing, clinic operations and financial management, community outreach and referral growth, and building culture and retaining teammates. Work closely with experienced leaders to launch clinic confidently. Compensation Base salary $100,000–$120,000 annually, paid even before clinic opens. Eligible for a competitive annual Clinic Director bonus plan once clinic launches. True equity ownership opportunity in the clinic, directly benefiting from success.
