About the Role As a change management expert on our team, you’ll be integral to establishing and delivering standard processes and repositories for configuration control documents, as well as an associated board process in conjunction with senior engineers and managers. This role spans a complex cyber and IT environment in the Indo‑Pacific region, delivering warfighter capabilities from strategic leadership to tactical edge components. You’ll produce technical diagrams and documents for existing delivery and new projects, and integrate with the security team for risk discussions. You’ll interface with key stakeholders, including internal delivery and engineering teams as well as cybersecurity professionals, to assure resilient data‑centric delivery and manage priorities while communicating summaries to leadership. Key Responsibilities Establish and deliver standard processes and repositories for configuration control documents. Develop and maintain a board process in collaboration with senior engineers and managers. Produce technical diagrams and documents for existing and new projects. Integrate with the security team for risk discussions. Interface with key stakeholders—including internal delivery and engineering teams and cybersecurity professionals—to assure resilient data‑centric delivery. Manage priorities and communicate summaries to leadership. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in formal configuration management, including environment integrity, baselines, documentation, audits, accounting, and lifecycle management. Experience with ITSM and configuration management software. Experience with technical drawing software and technical writing. Knowledge of STIG compliance. Knowledge of Configuration Control Boards and Engineering Change Proposals. Ability to demonstrate cross‑functional communication with a variety of engineering teams. Secret clearance. HS diploma or GED. Preferred Qualifications Experience with project management and ITSM processes. Experience working in federal, DoD, or IC agency environments. Knowledge of Zero Trust technologies. Knowledge of Infrastructure‑as‑Code. Knowledge of federal information security policies, standards, procedures, directives, and frameworks, federal security authorizations, assessment, and risk management processes for enterprise systems. Bachelor’s degree in an IT, Cybersecurity, or Engineering field. CPCM, CMPIC, ITIL4, and NDIA CDM certifications. Security Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Compensation The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).
