HRIS & Analytics Leader (Workday Expert)

Total Wine & More in Bethesda, MD seeks a Manager, HRIS & Analytics to lead HR technology, reporting, and workforce analytics. You will partner with HR, IT, and Finance to optimize Workday, build dashboards, and govern data for informed decision-making.
The role requires 7–10 years in HRIS/HR analytics, Workday expertise, and strong project management. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; Power BI and SQL experience are a plus. Benefits included and a path to influence across the organization.
