We're looking for a Surgical Scrub Tech to support operating room functions and help ensure a smooth and safe surgical experience for every patient. At Columbia Orthopaedic Group, our team is dedicated to moving patients forward through expert care, teamwork, and a patient-first approach-and you can be a part of that. What You'll Do
- Clean surgical instruments for the orthopedic surgery department
- Record vitals and maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Maintain autoclave documentation
- Set up instruments and equipment required for procedures
- Sterilize equipment and manage inventory to ensure adequate surgical supplies
- Prepare patients for surgery
- Pass instruments and sterile supplies to the surgeon during procedures
- Perform surgical counts of instruments and supplies before and after operations
- Maintain a sterile environment throughout surgery
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Scrub Technician
- CPR certification required
