$1787.04/week - Job Summary: Seeking experienced Registered Nurses for weekend night shifts in medical-surgical units. This travel position offers a 13-week assignment working Friday through Sunday nights, providing critical patient care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with physician orders and established protocols. Monitor, record, and report patient status and responses to treatment. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Respond appropriately to patient emergencies and escalate issues as needed. Qualifications: Active RN license recognized in the state of Tennessee. Minimum of 2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience. Ability to work overnight weekend shifts consistently. Proven proficiency in patient assessment, medication administration, and documentation. Strong clinical judgment and communication skills. BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
