Responsibilities Facilitating training sessions (hands-on simulations, instruction, and team exercises). Collaborating with the team to design instructor guides, online learning modules, and technical handouts. Coordinating classes and verifying attendance. Traveling as needed for off-site schools. Qualifications Deep experience servicing our industrial equipment is the most critical requirement. You can explain complex technical concepts in simple, easy-to-understand terms. A willingness to learn instructional design principles (we will help you get there!). Ability to report daily to either the Fredericksburg or Cypress office (this is a collaborative, on-site role). Compensation & Benefits Starting salary at $67,000 per year ( to commensurate with experience), excellent benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Profit Sharing and 401(k) Plan.
