Experience with large-scale data processing. Experience in team management. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction. 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects. Experience with advertising effectiveness or with advertising workflows. Responsibilities Build data collection and serve infrastructure to maximize the value of advertiser audiences within YouTube Ads. Continuously enhance ads personalization for users while driving Return on Investment (ROI) for advertisers focused on New Customer Acquisition (NCA) and existing customer re-engagement. Build and manage a high-performing team with stellar execution, clear sense of mission and strategy, and effective collaboration with cross-functional partner teams. Offer sound technical steer for in-team decisions and execution while effectively influencing cross-team technical alignments. We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $207,000 - $301,000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits.
