Senior Staffing Manager

Owning the full recruiting lifecycle for high-volume client engagements, the remote Senior Manager of Strategic Staffing will lead a team to manage workforce forecasting, sourcing, and onboarding while ensuring compliance with client SLAs. Key responsibilities Oversee the complete recruiting process from requisition intake to onboarding for assigned client programs Develop hiring plans based on client headcount and service level agreements, including weekly targets and pipeline ratios Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators, ensuring effective communication and performance tracking Required qualifications 8+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role at a staffing or RPO firm Proven ability to deliver 200+ hires within a single program or quarter Experience managing recruiting teams of 4 or more, including remote and contract staff Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and capacity modeling Familiarity with US employment law and compliance requirements related to hiring
