Description

• Assess patients in either inpatient or outpatient environments and create customized treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic interventions targeting mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities
• Engage with nurses, doctors, case managers, and other rehabilitation experts to enhance outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge preparations, and at-home exercises

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a similar degree from an accredited institution
