ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN Location: Huntsville, AL Job Type: Full-Time Pay: Competitive based on experience We are hiring a dependable Manufacturing Assembly Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with their hands, using tools, and building things. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing quality work. MANUFACTURING ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES Assemble and fabricate products using hand tools and basic power tools. Measure, cut, fit, and secure materials according to specifications. Follow drawings, instructions, and established assembly procedures. Use drills, saws, screwdrivers, wrenches, and other hand tools safely. Inspect finished work to ensure proper fit, appearance, and quality. Make adjustments as needed to ensure components fit and function correctly. Work with different materials and components throughout the production process. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail. Follow all company safety procedures and production standards. QUALIFICATIONS Previous manufacturing, assembly, construction, fabrication, or hands-on work experience preferred. Comfortable using hand tools and learning new equipment. Ability to read basic measurements and follow instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be dependable and willing to learn. Must be comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and working with your hands throughout the workday.
