Rocky River Gardens is now seeking a Human Resources Director (HR) to join our team.
Responsibilities of the HR Director:
- Auditing files and filing paperwork
- Coordinating interviews for new staff
- Onboarding new hires and organize orientations
- Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed
Qualifications of the HR Director:
- Two years of experience in HR
- Two years of experience in the healthcare field
- Degree in HR preferred
- Thorough knowledge of HR practices and laws
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
