Physical Therapist - Outpatient - License Required

Physical Therapist (Full-time or Part-time) Location: Westminster, CO. Clinic – Private Practice. FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers. Position Requirements: Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent) and a valid state license as a Physical Therapist. Sign‑on bonus available. Overview Due to growth, FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is hiring Physical Therapists at its two Westminster clinics (11265 Decatur Street #300 and 14697 Delaware St. Suite 240B). Full‑time (40 hours) is preferred; candidates available for 24 hours over 3 weekdays also considered. Ideal candidate is personable, has good communication skills, and new‑grad Physical Therapists will receive mentoring. Caseload / Patient Population Work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting, treating patients of all ages with a general orthopedic caseload and manual therapy. Specialty areas include pelvic health, vestibular, and integrative dry needling. Full‑time clinicians manage a caseload of 12‑14 patients per day with 1‑hour initial evaluations and 30‑minute follow‑ups before PT technician assistance. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $80,000 – $110,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience. Benefits: major medical, dental, and vision coverage; company‑paid short‑term and long‑term disability; simple IRA plan with 3% match; up to $4,800 per year in continuing education (CEU). Work Schedule Monday‑Thursday: 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM; Fridays: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Two morning shifts (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) and two afternoon shifts (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM) Monday‑Thursday; standard 8‑hour shift on Fridays. No weekend or major holiday duties. Clinicians can schedule shifts aligning with their preferences. Job Requirements Eligible for CO state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. New‑grad Physical Therapists supported and mentored. Full‑time preferred; 40 hours per week available.
