New Graduate Sales Representative
Kibing Group
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- English proficiency to work fluently in an English-speaking environment is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high sensitivity to business issues, and excellent stress tolerance.
- Strong customer service orientation, with proven communication, coordination and execution capabilities.
- Priority will be given to those applicants with sales experience and skills in Key clients maintenance, new customer development and agent management
- Priority consideration for US-based candidates or sales professionals with a valid US work visa.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future. 1. Collect and analyze customer requirements, develop and present tailored solutions to support sales teams in securing customer orders.
- Visit customers assist them quickly in quickly getting familiar with our company and products, and collect information regarding clients's factories, orders and bussiness details.
- Resolve daily customer issues related to products to maintain high customer satisfaction with service quality.
- Maintain long-term positive customer relationships and provide support for further sales business expansion.
- Assist sales in handling order procedures, provide support to sales staff and process relevant order work.
