Role Description The Real Estate Agent role at Versatile Real Estate Company is a hybrid position based in Waco, TX, with some flexibility for work from home. In this role, the agent will guide buyers, sellers, and investors through property transactions, including showings, market analyses, and contract negotiations. Responsibilities include prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, coordinating property listings, and supporting rental and owner financing arrangements. The agent will collaborate with internal teams and partner companies to facilitate property rehabs, financing solutions, and smooth closings. Regular tasks involve preparing documentation, staying current on local market trends and regulations, and providing clear, professional communication to clients throughout each stage of the real estate process. Qualifications Strong client relationship skills, including clear communication, negotiation, and customer service, with the ability to support buyers, sellers, and investors. Experience with property transactions, including contracts, listings, showings, and basic market analysis for residential and investment properties. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple deals, documentation, and follow-up activities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with property management, owner financing, and rental processes, or willingness to learn these aspects of the business. Comfort using real estate software, CRM tools, and standard office applications to manage leads, records, and communications. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, collaborating in person in Waco, TX and independently from home as needed. Valid real estate license for the state of Texas, or eligibility and willingness to obtain one within required timeframes.
