Quick Facts Location: Pueblo, CO Start Date: 04/28/2026 Employment Duration: Full-Time Permanent Shift: Monday – Friday, 4-day work week Hours/week: 40 hours Licenses/Certifications: Board Eligible/Board Certified in OB/GYN Experience: Prior OB/GYN practice preferred; new graduates considered Facility: UCHealth Parkview Medical Center, a 350-bed, level III trauma hospital Pay & Benefits Salary Range: $328,000 – $365,000 annually (equivalent to approximately $1.00/hour for internal purposes) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical, vision, dental coverage (W-2) Retirement plans including 403(b) matching and 457(b) deferred compensation Paid malpractice insurance Generous paid time off and vacation days CME allowance for ongoing education Relocation assistance (if applicable) What You’ll Do Provide full-spectrum OB/GYN services at outpatient clinics and hospital Perform gynecological exams, prenatal care, and delivery services Access to two daVinci XI robotic surgical systems with shared OR time Participate in a 1:5 call schedule, with CNMs handling most nights Collaborate with a team of 6 physicians and 4 certified nurse midwives Maintain accurate electronic health records using Epic EMR Contribute to continuous quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives What You Need Required: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology Valid medical license in Colorado or ability to obtain one Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred: Experience with robotic-assisted surgeries Enthusiasm for patient-centered care in a team environment About the Assignment Join a dynamic OB/GYN group committed to providing exceptional women’s health services in a community-focused hospital.
