What You'll Do

• Assess and develop patient-specific care plans before and during surgery
• Implement and evaluate care to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Supervise OR staff activities, coordinate equipment and supplies
• Support anesthesia as needed and monitor sterile fields
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, surgical team, and other departments
• Participate in ongoing staff development and educational opportunities
• Maintain compliance with all safety and health protocols

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in cardiac, vascular, or surgical nursing
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
