Activities Coordinator
Andover Manor Rehab & Nursing is hiring a full-time Activities Coordinator for our memory care program.
If you're creative, compassionate, and enjoy making a difference in the lives of seniors, we'd love to have you join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to help create meaningful experiences while enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
What You'll DoPlan and lead engaging daily activities for residents
Encourage participation through group and one-on-one programs
Assist in developing activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities
Foster a welcoming, respectful, and supportive environment
Work collaboratively with the care team to promote resident well-being
Social, recreational, activities experience of at least two years required this experience must be within the last 5 years
Prior experience working with seniors required
Degree in Recreation or previous experience as a Recreation Assistant or Activities Director preferred
Positive, outgoing, and compassionate personality
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask
$45,000 per year
Full-time position
