Maintenance Planner Lignetics Inc. White Pigeon, Michigan, United States About this Position Full time Shift Schedule: M-F 6am-4pm - 10 hrs OT Plus ON Call hrs. Salary: $33.50-35.50 / hour Pre‑employment background check and drug screen required. Responsibilities Plan and schedule the maintenance program at the plant. Develop detailed Bill of Materials for the equipment and enter these into the CMMS. Create maintenance routines for all wear components, one machine at a time, and enter them into the CMMS. Determine what spare parts should be stocked and organize the storeroom to house them. Set up auto‑reorder in the CMMS and order/receive as needed. Generate work orders and work packages daily and assist the team as needed in the execution of these work orders. Manage the KPI’s for the maintenance function. Lead all planning for any major outages. Spend time understanding the operations of the equipment in order to plan improvements. Other duties as assigned. Communication & Teamwork Work closely with the maintenance manager to ensure that all parts, special tools and equipment are ready for any planned work. Coordinate with the Production Leader to plan/schedule regular overhaul maintenance periods. Collaborate with the Craft to ensure the detail in the work packages are understood. Qualifications / Education Previous use of a CMMS or related database to plan and schedule work. High standards of housekeeping and organization. "Roll up your sleeves" approach, willing to spend time on the floor collecting information and troubleshooting issues. Medium degree of technical and analytical skills; ability to do simple math calculations. Ability to work in a high temperature/humidity area. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel functions, pivot tables, etc. Knowledge about TPM and preferable prior experience with ledgers. Knowledge of duty calendar, OPL (OnePointLesson) and SOPs in creation and operational use. 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and deciding corrective action to repair in automated production systems.
