As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of duties to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain buildings and plant utility equipment. You'll work with a variety of systems and tools, ensuring everything is in top working order. Key Responsibilities

- Repair plant building components including doors, windows, drywall, and more.
- Perform mechanical tasks involving electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, steam boilers, air compressors, and other equipment.
- Use hand and power tools, electric meters, and soldering equipment.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and electrical schematics.
- Use SAP CMMS for work orders and documentation.
- Perform preventive maintenance and report system deficiencies.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean work areas.
- Operate forklifts and scissors lifts for maintenance tasks.
- Work with external contractors for building and system repairs.
- Be available for occasional weekend work and extended hours.
- High School Diploma or General Education equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
- Pass Client Technical Aptitude Assessment and background screening.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull force of 80 lbs.
- Capable of standing/walking for extended periods, often in extreme temperatures.
- Experience with SAP CMMS.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and plant utility equipment.
