Warehouse Worker / Cover Driver Looking for a role that offers variety and the opportunity to grow your skills? In this dual-role position, you will be trained to perform both warehouse and cover driver responsibilities. Warehouse work will serve as your primary assignment, with opportunities to work as a cover driver. Your day-to-day assignment will vary based on business needs such as package volume, staffing needs, and seasonal demand. You may rotate between warehouse and driving duties throughout the year-sometimes week to week, and other times spending extended periods in one role before transitioning to the other. Warehouse Worker Responsibilities Typically work 3.5 to 5 hours per day, Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday Load and unload packages from UPS trailers and iconic brown package cars (vehicles) Sort, move, and handle packages in a fast-paced warehouse environment Report for your assigned warehouse shift when not scheduled as a Cover Driver Cover Driver (TCD) Responsibilities Typically work 8 to 10 hours per day, Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday Safely operate UPS package delivery vehicles Deliver and pick up packages while providing excellent customer service Work independently in a fast-paced outdoor environment and in and out of customer locations Meet all UPS driver qualification standards and requirements What You'll Need The ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Stamina - this is a workout like no other!
