We are seeking skilled Machine Learning Engineers with expertise in developing and deploying LLMs and VLMs, to join our AGI team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision, with experience in creating models akin to OpenAI's GPT series and reasoning models. Locations San Jose, California, US (Salary Range: $75k—$300k USD) Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain Dubai, UAE Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art LLM, VLM/VLA, and reasoning AI models. Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI, applying new techniques to enhance model performance. Optimize models for efficiency and scalability in production environments. Conduct thorough testing and validation of models to ensure robustness and reliability. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Proven experience in developing LLMs and VLMs, with a portfolio of relevant projects. Faimiliar with GPT, o1, Genie-2, or RT-2. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch. Strong understanding of natural language processing and computer vision techniques. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas effectively. Preferences 1+ years experience in LLM, VLM, VLA, o1, or Genie-2. PhD in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience. Experience with deploying AI models in cloud environments.
