We're on the lookout for seasoned, entrepreneurial recruiters to come on board as Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiters. This position isn't merely about desks and resumes; it's a launchpad designed for you to amplify your professional voice.
In this role, you will take charge of the complete placement process, creating meaningful client partnerships along the way. With industry-leading commission rates, your earnings will reflect the genuine value you deliver to clients and candidates alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Full-Cycle Searches: Navigate the recruitment journey from start to finish.
- Serve as a Client Partner: Gain insight into the hiring needs, challenges, and culture of client organizations.
- Strategically Source Candidates: Utilize our proprietary CRM/ATS alongside your personal network and innovative communication tools.
- Optimize Our Platform: Tackle candidate management, outreach tracking, and automated follow-ups, all in one place.
- Focus on Permanent Placements: Prioritize long-term value for clients, which translates to substantial commissions for you.

The Right Candidate
- 2-3 years or more of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience.
- A solid understanding of the healthcare landscape or an eagerness to learn we are here to support your growth.
- Experienced in managing client relationships and successfully closing offers.
- Comfortable working with ATS/CRM systems (training will be provided).
- An entrepreneurial spirit with an ambition to build something substantial.
