JOB TITLE: Maintenance Technician
LOCATION: Multiple Sites covering King County, Snohomish County, and parts of Pierce County
Department: North Pacific Home Repair, LLC
Reports to: Ashley Wiley, Director of Business Operations
Operating Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM
Maintenance Technician — $40-45/HR

We're hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to handle repairs and upkeep across our residential portfolio. This is steady, well-paid field work for someone who knows their way around a house and doesn't need to be micromanaged.
What You'll Be Doing
Responding to dispatched service calls across our service area
Handling plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general interior/exterior repairs
Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, not just following a checklist
Logging completed work through our mobile app
Communicating directly with residents so they know what was done and why
Why This Job
$40-45/hour , based on experience
Full-time, consistent weekday schedule with dispatched jobs throughout the day
Work independently. No one looking over your shoulder
Variety of properties and job types, not the same site every day
What You Bring
3-4+ years of property maintenance experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Your own small hand tools
Mechanical/electrical aptitude and the judgment to solve problems on site
Strong communication with customers and the office
Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
North Pacific Home Repair, LLC is an equal opportunity employer. This role requires standing, walking, climbing, bending, lifting up to 100 lbs, and working in a variety of indoor/outdoor conditions including tight spaces, heights, and exposure to typical residential job-site hazards (electrical current, dust, noise, moving equipment). A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and successful completion of a background check and drug screening are required. Full physical and environmental requirements available upon request

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces as needed.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
