Maintenance Manager This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader with strong technical skills who enjoys managing people, systems, and vendors while delivering excellent service to residents and onsite teams. What You'll Do: Lead, train, and motivate the maintenance team to ensure high performance and resident satisfaction Oversee preventive maintenance programs, service requests, and routine property inspections Identify, document, and resolve maintenance issues and building deficiencies efficiently Manage vendor relationships and oversee larger repairs, renovations, and capital improvement projects Partner with the Property Manager to provide maintenance input for budgeting and operational planning Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies Participate in after-hours emergency on-call rotation as required What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Service Manager, Chief Engineer, or similar leadership role Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems Experience in multifamily, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use environments Leadership experience managing maintenance staff and contractors Ability to prioritize work, manage budgets, and plan for short- and long-term capital needs Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management/maintenance systems (Yardi, RealPage, or similar) Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset Pool maintenance experience or certification a plus Why You'll Love This Role: Stable ownership and well-maintained assets Hands-on leadership with autonomy and the chance to make a real impact on operations and resident satisfaction #J-18808-Ljbffr
