Financial Solutions Advisor - West San Gabriel Valley

Due to federal regulations, candidates for this role must be compliant with FDIC, Safe Act, Loan Originators, and FINRA laws pertaining to criminal history. The position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and complete required background checks. Failure to maintain registration may result in disciplinary action up to termination. Responsibilities Work with clients to plan short and long‑term financial goals by building financial plans with brokerage products. Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs. Triage client requests and refer to appropriate internal service providers based on needs and asset thresholds. Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities. Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele. Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners on client needs and potential product services. Required Qualifications Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses (or 63 or 65 in lieu of 66), with any missing series to be passed within 60 days. At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including training and in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services. At least one year of experience working in the financial services industry and/or sales environment where goals were met or exceeded. Goal‑oriented, able to set and accomplish objectives. Builds and nurtures strong relationships. Collaborates effectively with others to get things done. Communicates effectively and confidently with all clients. Manages goals, navigates complexity, prioritizes tasks and executes in fast‑paced environment. Enjoys learning, adapts to new information and seeks right solutions for clients. Efficiently manages time and capacity. Incorporates regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long‑term strategies for clients. Desired Qualifications Strong computer skills with ability to multitask in demanding environment. At least three years of experience in financial services or sales where goals were met or exceeded. Additional designations such as CFP or CRPC. Obtained insurance licenses. Location Position open to all markets; specific financial center location to be determined based on business needs. Training will occur at a central financial center, with potential phone‑based work until a local center is available. Pay and Benefits Pay range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 annualized salary, based on experience, education and skill set. Eligible for a formulaic incentive plan (monthly, quarterly, or annual).
