Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (some Saturdays required)

Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists with prescription processing and filling
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing questions and concerns professionally
• Manage prescription intake, data entry, and insurance processing efficiently
• Maintain workflow efficiency and keep pharmacy organized
• Support various retail pharmacy tasks to contribute to smooth daily operations

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification is highly preferred
• Prior experience in a retail pharmacy setting is required
• Familiarity with Liberty pharmacy software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and team members effectively

Location: Franklin, TN area (Old Hickory, TN near Nashville)
