Senior Full Stack Engineer

Location: Remote (United States, Canada, Latin America)
Company Stage of Funding: Series C / AI + Blockchain Intelligence + Financial Crime Investigation Platform
Office Type: Remote (Minimum 6 hours overlap with PST)
Salary: $211,000 - $250,000 Base
Equity: $260,000 - $400,000 over 4 years vesting
Bonus: Competitive total compensation package

What You Will Do

• Build customer-facing products used by investigators, analysts, and compliance teams
• Design and implement scalable APIs and backend services
• Own features from concept through production deployment
• Build full-stack applications across backend and frontend systems
• Design intuitive user experiences for non-technical users
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand pain points
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions
• Design database schemas and backend architectures
• Build distributed systems supporting large-scale blockchain intelligence workflows
• Improve platform reliability, scalability, and performance
• Work across React, backend services, databases, and APIs
• Develop analytics and investigation workflows
• Participate in architecture and system design discussions
• Drive technical decisions across product initiatives
• Build and ship greenfield features with high ownership
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering excellence
• Operate as a senior individual contributor with significant ownership
• Build products that help prevent financial crime globally

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5-10 years of experience in full-stack software engineering
• Experience at high-growth startups (Seed through Series C)
• Experience leading products or features from 0 → 1
• Strong ownership mentality and startup mindset
• Strong backend engineering experience
• Experience designing and shipping customer-facing APIs
• Strong system design and architecture skills
• Experience with React and modern frontend development
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
• Experience working with analytical databases and data-intensive applications
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience building enterprise SaaS products
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments
• Experience collaborating closely with customers and stakeholders
• Strong communication and product thinking skills
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in engineering workflows

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $211,000 - $250,000
• Equity package valued at approximately $260,000 - $400,000 over four years
