Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and family members to form integrated care approaches.

Educate patients and their families to facilitate progress beyond clinical settings.

Support occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions for constant care throughout their rehabilitation process.

Ensure meticulous record-keeping in adherence to state, federal, and institutional regulations.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Fulfillment of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is pending.

Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, required within 30 days after hire.
