**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team and assist with various dental procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for patient care.
- Prepare patients for dental work by seating them and helping to make them comfortable
- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Assist the dentist during procedures by handing them tools and ensuring the patient's comfort
- Take dental x-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Provide post-operative instructions to patients as directed by the dentist
- Ensure the dental treatment rooms are clean and stocked
- Saturday's as need
**Qualifications:**- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited dental assistant program
- X-ray certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
