Facilitate design sessions and collaborate with offshore teams to execute, test, and deploy solutions. Access knowledge articles to efficiently answer user questions and resolve issues. Assess existing knowledge articles, create new content, and configure security attributes for optimal access. Uphold a respectful and courteous work environment through integrity and professionalism.What's Needed?Experience assessing and creating knowledge articles within Workday or similar platforms. Strong understanding of HCM ESS/MSS and ESS Policy Intelligence functionalities. Ability to work effectively with offshore teams and facilitate design sessions. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
