Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate in Bordentown, NJ to drive exceptional customer experiences and lead store operations. You will coach a team, ensure compliance, and act as a brand ambassador in a fast-paced retail setting. Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, ID verification, inventory accuracy, and achieving daily KPIs through upselling and consultative selling.
