Machine Operator (Metrology) – KELLY SERVICES Location: USA
Shifts Available: Night, Swing, Weekend, Holiday, and Overtime
Pay Rate: $25-$30 (additional pay for overtime, weekends, and holidays!)About the Role:KELLY is looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team! In this hands-on role, you’ll operate precision metrology equipment, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. We offer stable employment, multiple shifts, and opportunities to grow your skills.Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain metrology and measurement equipment.
• Inspect and measure parts with high attention to detail.
• Record and communicate results to ensure product quality.
• Troubleshoot basic machine and measurement issues.
• Follow all company safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or quality inspection is preferred.
• Comfort working with measuring tools and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
