What You'll Do

• Collaborate with neurosurgery residents to develop and implement care plans
• Review patient cases, order tests, and coordinate patient discharge
• Provide patient care for inpatient neurosurgery patients, focusing on quality outcomes
• Assist in removing drains (hemovac / JP drains) as needed
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records using Epic EMR
• Participate in rounding and patient assessments in a hospital setting

What You Need

• Required:
  • Board Certification in Neurosurgery
  • MA State Licensure
  • Minimum 1-year neurosurgery experience
• Preferred:
  • Ability to perform drain removals
  • Strong patient care and communication skills
