Contractor For Resiliency Working Group

Pay Rate up to $55.00 We are seeking a contractor to offer dedicated assistance to our Resiliency Working Group. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Project Management Office (PMO) operations and a comprehensive understanding of operational resiliency and disaster recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of a comprehensive Operational Resiliency framework and strategy.
• Track project milestones and ensure that resiliency initiatives align with organizational goals.
• Facilitate working group meetings to gather requirements, monitor progress, and achieve consensus among stakeholders.
• Support governance, reporting, and documentation for resilience projects.
• Demonstrate expertise in planning and implementing disaster recovery strategies.
• Prepare and present reports, presentations, and status updates to senior leadership and working group members.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and coordinate cross-functional activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in PMO roles within large organizations or consulting environments.
• Understanding of operational resilience.
• At least 5 years' experience in a PMO or project management capacity.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of risk management and operational resilience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools and reporting.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
