In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of Trust Software design plans. You’ll use your strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve user issues by developing digital solutions. Our analysts believe knowledge is power and strive to maintain current knowledge of privacy, confidentiality, and proprietary company policies and procedures. You welcome a challenge and want to provide next level experiences to every user.What you’ll do:Resolve service requests submitted by users of Trust software and escalate more complex user issues to Trust Programmer Analyst II’sMaintain Trust programs by coding, testing, and debugging program updates and documenting program issuesMaintain a current knowledge of and adhere to privacy, confidentiality, and proprietary company policies and proceduresMaintain open communication and a positive working relationship with all Trust software stakeholders and other Trust Programmer AnalystsAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomesWhat you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, in a related field, or equivalent professional experience0-2 years of programming experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft computer applicationsAdditional Preferred Skills:Systems analysis experienceOur Benefits:At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
