• Automotive mechanic certification (ASE preferred) and proven hands-on experience.
• Expert troubleshooting skills with an eye for detail.
• Strong customer communication and service mindset.
• Ability to work solo on a ticket or collaborate on bigger jobs.
• Working knowledge of modern vehicle systems and tooling.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
