What You’ll Tackle- End-to-end care: oil services, brakes, driveline, and complex repairs on cars, trucks, and SUVs.
- Diagnostics done right: leverage scan tools and measurement equipment to identify root causes—no guesswork.
- Customer clarity: present findings and options, then execute approved work efficiently.
- Shop excellence: maintain a tidy, safe bay and follow all procedures.
- Always learning: adopt new techniques and technologies as they emerge.
- Team lift: mentor junior mechanics to raise the bar across the shop.
- Close the loop: record every inspection and repair accurately and on time.
- Automotive mechanic certification (ASE preferred) and proven hands-on experience.
- Expert troubleshooting skills with an eye for detail.
- Strong customer communication and service mindset.
- Ability to work solo on a ticket or collaborate on bigger jobs.
- Working knowledge of modern vehicle systems and tooling.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
