Leasing Specialist: Marketing, Tours & Renewals

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, aiming to maximize occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. You will handle tours, applications, credit checks, and move-in packages, while partnering with maintenance to ensure units are ready for occupancy.
