Operations Manager Food Industry

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager Food Industry professional for a direct hire opportunity with a food and beverage production organization in Riverside, CA. This full‑time leadership role is ideal for a hands‑on operations leader who can optimize manufacturing performance, strengthen supply chain execution, improve quality systems, and drive measurable business results. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations across production, supply chain, engineering, R&D, quality assurance, and related manufacturing functions. Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals, production targets, customer service expectations, and financial objectives. Drive continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, process optimization, cost control, and productivity initiatives across the operation. Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, budgets, cash flow, P&L performance, and resource allocation to support informed business decisions. Oversee ERP system utilization, reporting, workflow improvements, and operational data analysis to improve efficiency and visibility. Ensure compliance with applicable FDA, USDA, SQF, CFIA, CODEX, quality, food safety, and workplace safety standards. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $120,000 to $140,000 per year.
