JOB OPPORTUNITY: RainDance WaterWorks

Over 27 years in business PERMANENT – PART TIME TO START THEN TO FULL-TIME

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly Rate: $19–$21 (Based on experience)

• Commitment: Must commit to 24 hours to start

• Hours: M-W-F, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Position Details: SHOP 50% / 50% YARD ASSISTANCE

Experience Required vs. Preferred

Required:

• Must be able to acclimate to all Sedona seasons/weather.

• Quick learner – Organizational & time management skills, multi-tasking with basic office tasks, filing, basic computer skills.

• Commitment to this position long-term with self-motivation; and knowing when to take initiative when starting a project, continuing and completing a project.

• Customer service – Assistance, team player, people person.

• Attention to detail – Inventory; must be able to gauge with training on when to reorder and manage customer requests, learn products (+) must be prepared to learn.

Preferred:

• Experience in landscape, irrigation, hardscape industry & products in general is a plus, but not required.

• Spanish as a second language is great, but not required.

Employment Benefits

• Vacation: After 1-year full-time.

• Holiday Pay: After 9 months full-time only (+) other.

• Sick Pay: (3) days which is accrued from day one for part-time & full-time employment.

• Annual Closure: We close annually at the end of the year; you would need to consider this as it is not paid, unless you have PTO available.

It was born out of a desire to provide local contractors with a place they could go to get irrigation products and information that would allow them to install quality systems, enhancing their client’s outdoor living spaces in an environmentally sustainable fashion. Rain Dance Water Works also supplies local contractors and homeowners with pavers, hardscape supplies, landscape lighting and landscape designer items like rain chains.
