SAP Supply Chain Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Supply Chain Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong command of SAP modules relevant to Warehouse Management (WM), Quality Management (QM), and various Supply Chain functions, coupled with expertise in interface monitoring, ServiceNow incident management, and end-user training.

Required Skills -
Required Qualifications :
• Proven expertise in SAP modules such as WM, QM, PP, MM, SD, LES, EWM, and PPPI.
• Experience leading projects and ability to deliver good results on time.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot SAP solutions.
• Strong understanding of interface technologies and experience monitoring and resolving interface issues.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training/coaching skills to interact with business users.

Job Duties -
Key Responsibilities :
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues related to warehouse operations, process manufacturing, quality management and purchasing processes within SAP.
• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for complex supply chain issues within the SAP environment.
• Manage and monitor interfaces between SAP and other critical systems.
• Demonstrate proficiency in resolving ServiceNow tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize SAP system performance and business processes.

Job Requirements -
Preferred Qualifications :
• Practical experience with ServiceNow incidencturing and the specialized requirements of the haircare industry is highly desirable.
• Develop and deliver high-quality training materialst management processes and SLAs.
• Ideal candidate has experience with Pipechain, MES systems (e.g., FlexNet/APRISO), E2Open, or similar platforms.
• Experience in regulated industries such as manufa and sessions to empower end-users on relevant SAP modules and processes.
